Manish Kumar Gupta is founder partner of the LLP. He is Post Graduated in law and commerce as well. He is a fellow member of ICSI. He has Certification of Complete Business Accountant (Diploma) from Cambridge University.
He has immense knowledge in Corporate Laws, Taxation laws, IPR, NGO compliances, FEMA compliance, NBFC and other RBI compliances, drafting etc. He has served in industries like Automobile and Electronic sectors. He has worked with Foreign JVs (Japanese, Chinese and Spanish). In addition to this he also deals in License and Registration under various laws, Capital Market Regulations.

Rohit Singla is an Associates member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and graduated in Law. He is Associate partner in Lexhub Professionals LLP. He was the PCS Committee member of the ICSI – NIRC for the term 2019-20. He has immense knowledge and over 10 years of experience in corporate legal, secretarial, corporate restructuring, foreign collaborations and joint venture services. Over the last 10 years he has led NCLT matters, Buy Back, Private Placement and others.
